JRS Ireland Presents ECDL Certificates

Lana and Mobolaji passed Module 1 and Bella and Lassane passed Modules 1 and 2, with all students planning to continue to work towards completing the whole course of 7 modules.  The ECDL is an internationally recognised qualification and a great asset for students- when applying for jobs as well as for their own personal knowledge.  Computer classes run from 10:30 to 1:00 every Friday in the JRS office and students come in during the week to practise on their own.  None of this would be possible without the great work of our Volunteer Computer Tutor Paul Clancy. We’d like to thank him for his commitment, time and knowledge.  Thanks also to the people at Eirgrid, for donating the PCs to JRS, in particular to Paul O’Rourke.  Congratulations to the students and keep up the good work all!
